DRILL DESIGN COLLECTION<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Time & Style Atmosphere<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will present a collection of products inspired by the Windsor chair, including Drill Design\u2019s latest creation, the Diamond back. Visitors to this exhibition will be able to experience the process of finding answers while traversing between words such as \u201cidea,\u201d \u201cform,\u201d \u201cfunction,\u201d \u201cresearch,\u201d and \u201cconcept,\u201d searching for the perfect balance between each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claesson Koivisto Rune COLLECTION<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Time & Style Atmosphere<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Displays will include the Drop Paper Lamp, a lighting product created by Claesson Koivisto Rune for Hotel K5 Tokyo, along with previously unreleased lounge chairs. We hope you will come to see these designs, which fuse traditional Japanese technology with Scandinavian sensibilities.

Time & Style Midtown will be hosting an exhibition showcasing the Peter Zumthor collection and Time & Style\u2019s own initiatives. Peter Zumthor is a Swiss architect whose projects feature furniture designed specifically for their surroundings. In curating and reconstituting furniture designed for architectural projects by Peter Zumthor and his atelier over more than half a century, Time & Style has used Japanese materials and manufacturing technology to create commercial products. While you view Peter Zumthor\u2019s furniture and photographs of his architecture, this exhibition explains their relevance to Time & Style\u2019s own approach to manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akiko Suso, who makes sculpture-like hats, takes on the challenge of exhibition expressions in motion in a space filled with static furniture, lighting, and tableware. Touching and wearing her works will allow visitors a different kind of experience that cannot be obtained by simply looking at them.
